The delivery team will place your pallet on the ground (usually curbside) but will not unpack the pallet or move boxes inside. You or your crew will need to carry the items from the curb, so please make sure you’re ready to unload and relocate them as needed.
Not difficult at all. RTA cabinets are designed with user-friendly assembly in mind—whether you’re a total beginner or a professional contractor, you can put one together using just a screwdriver and optionally a bit of wood glue. Expect to spend roughly 10 to 15 minutes per cabinet.

Yes. Every cabinet package comes with the necessary assembly hardware, including hinges and shelf brackets. Door pulls and knobs, however, are not included and must be purchased separately.
Refund
Yes! You can either get up to 3 samples refunded with your cabinet order and keep the samples or send as many samples back as you like and get them refunded even without an order. Return shipping applies.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you spot any damage, alert the driver at once and take photos. The driver will then call dispatch to generate an exception number on your Bill of Lading (BOL). Do not refuse the delivery.
We will replace any parts that are incorrect due to manufacturing defects, workmanship issues, or fulfillment errors at no cost within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to return in-stock RTA cabinets because of a customer error or a layout change after shipment, a 20% restocking fee plus return freight charges will apply. Assembled and custom-made cabinets are non-returnable.
If your delivery state requires sales tax, we are obligated to collect it, as is standard for all online businesses.
